Abstract

In 2023, the degree of concern about the use of money and prices turned out to be unusually high both at the level of subjects of economic practice and the population of Russia. The conditions and current trends of the impossibility of a systematic and stable adjustment of the economy to effective growth and development were actually formed. In such a situation, in the process of using money by the population (consumers), guidelines of distrustful expectations for purchases of goods and prices changing on them have developed. The reaction of economic distrust of the stable purchasing power of money was overwhelmed by continuous doubts, an unconvincing perception of the norms and rules of regulation of monetary circulation, and the acuteness of the perception of the inflationary component became a threatening semantic load. All these issues naturally require additional reflection and clarification, interpretation from the point of view of the causes, the formation of factors affecting the authenticity of the measures taken, methods and methods of regulation by the state. Without a deep meaningful understanding of the ongoing processes, this is hardly possible.
