Abstract

Based on theoretical and practical analysis, this article examines the issues of the development of higher education and education in the Russian Federation as a whole over the past decades. The essence and main components of the economic culture of a university student, its role in the development of society at the present stage, characterized by sanctions and militarization of the economy as a result of a special military operation, are studied.
