Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the processes of ensuring food security based on the development of the entomoindustry. A comparison was made of the efficiency of feed conversion in aquaculture and livestock industries with similar indicators in the entomoindustry. The dynamics of development indicators of the global insect protein market are analyzed. Promising directions for the development of the entomoindustry in the Russian Federation have been identified
