Abstract

Labor productivity affects the efficiency of a business and its position in the market. Research into how participation in the national Labor Productivity project can help optimize enterprise risks is of great interest to the business community and management specialists. National projects, such as Labor Productivity, have a direct impact on the country’s economy, including competitiveness, employment, and innovation. Therefore, analyzing the impact of enterprises’ participation in this project on the risk and sustainability of their business is of great importance. The article substantiates the importance of the participation of enterprises in the Labor Productivity project, describes its impact on business, provides examples of successful participation in the project of Russian companies, the results they achieved, and draws conclusions about the need to apply and develop acquired competencies.
