Abstract
An analysis of trends in the development of the Russian economy in modern conditions of digitalization was carried out. The specific features of the functioning of innovative enterprises in the context of digital transformation are considered, such as knowledge intensity, high technology, focus on import substitution, the introduction of digital systems with elements of artificial intelligence, etc. The content and structure of a mechanism for managing the development of innovative enterprises, as well as measures of state support for the development of science and innovation are proposed.
