Abstract

Industrial clusters are one of the main tools for ensuring the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation and its regions. The article examines the concept of an industrial cluster and analyzes the legislative framework for the creation and functioning of industrial clusters. It is shown that clusters in Russia are at the initial stage of their development. The results of a comparative analysis of changes in regulations governing the creation of industrial clusters are presented. The most effective measures to support clusters in the regions have been identified.
