Abstract

The modern transformation of higher education requires a thorough analysis of all its elements. The main strategically significant element of a university is its human capital. The article analyzes the essence and methods of human capital management of a higher education institution, characterizes its innovative management in the field of higher education, and identifies key trends in such management.
