Abstract

This study delves into the impact of digital transformation on workforce planning within the electric power industry amid the digital economy. The influence of digital technologies on personnel management processes is analyzed, methods of training and adaptation of personnel to new technologies are provided. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis, it uncovers the shifting landscape of personnel planning in response to rapid technological advancements and evolving market dynamics. Findings reveal a transition from traditional, rigid planning methods to more agile strategies, driven by the pervasive influence of digitalization. The study emphasizes the imperative for electric power enterprises to embrace digitalization as a catalyst for innovation and growth in personnel planning practices, highlighting the need for integration of advanced digital tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning strategies with the demands of the digital era.
