Abstract
The article examines the concept and mechanism of action of the structure of human capital and innovation, analyzes the relationship between the structure of human capital and the innovation system in conditions of economic growth, and puts forward proposals for optimizing the structure of human capital in the construction of an innovation system and recommendations for the construction of an innovation system.
