Abstract

The published article examines modern innovation policy as a way to ensure balanced innovative development of the regional and national innovation system. The author emphasizes that innovation policy should not be aimed only at meeting the needs of enterprises and the state; it should be formed and implemented taking into account the philosophy of the environment. Rethinking the values of scientific and technological development in favor of saving technologies, not only natural resources, but also public ones, is a priority task in the context of innovation policy as a way to ensure balanced innovative development.
