Abstract

In this article we will study in detail the issue of introducing a neural network assistant into a chatbot; the implementation will be carried out in the Python programming language.
There are already many similar neurobots on the Internet that have greatly simplified the process of interacting with the client and obtaining the necessary information regardless of the time of day, since previously clients could only receive an answer to their question during business hours from the network operator.
