Abstract
The article evaluates the dynamics of inventive activity in the Russian Federation, as well as analyzes the development of information modeling technologies in construction as one of the types of intangible assets. Their dependence on modern conditions affecting positive and negative dynamics is considered. At the same time, the coefficient of inventive activity, commercialization of intellectual property objects, their evaluation, management efficiency, as well as accounting of intangible assets are responsible for the successful development of the subject of intellectual property. The main tool regulating their interaction and work is the work of the state in terms of timely informing about all changes in legislation
