Abstract

Today, the Russian economy is forced to exist under unprecedented sanctions pressure from external agents. This is expressed in restrictions, including resource ones. A possible solution to leveling such restrictions is to increase labor productivity through the introduction of new digital technologies. In the context of digitalization of core business processes, the requirements for company employees automatically increase. The priority direction for management is the development of human capital, which will create a highly qualified team capable of operating in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing external environment. High-quality human capital is becoming the key to the competitiveness of companies in modern Russia.
