Abstract
This article examines the processes of the emergence, development and transformation of personnel management, the evolution of a modern personnel management system through the use of digital technologies and the introduction of digital tools into processes. The impact of digital innovative approaches on human resource management processes in organizations is considered, as well as the main trends in the field of HR technologies, such as process automation, the use of data analytics to evaluate employee productivity, and the introduction of cloud platforms for personnel management. The assessment of the importance and degree of adaptation to new requirements and technologies for effective personnel management and achievement of organizational goals in modern digital Russia is carried out.
