Abstract

The study of remuneration of medical workers in Russia remains extremely relevant in the light of the following factors. The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed a lack of resources and staff in healthcare. The study of remuneration helps to understand what measures can be taken to attract and retain qualified medical professionals. In Russia, there is an uneven distribution of medical personnel between regions, which may affect the availability of medical care. Wage research allows us to identify the causes and find ways to solve this problem.
