Abstract
This article is devoted to the development of recommendations for the creation of startup projects within the framework of comprehensive graduate qualification works (hereinafter referred to as KVKR). The implementation of the KVKR in the form of a startup is divided into 10 consecutive stages with their description and brief recommendations for implementation. This work is based on the analysis of a large number of papers on this topic and is a generalizing result of a long-term research work devoted to student startup projects.
