Abstract
In the context of the new course of development taken by the country under the leadership of President V.V. Putin, and in light of the directions of this movement outlined by him, the main basic support for solving the assigned tasks is obvious. This support, undoubtedly, is the entire rich history of the economic and socio-cultural development of our country. Of course, the most important aspect in this movement is the history of management. The principles of domestic governance, as if in a mirror, reflect the best achievements in all spheres of government activity, and lay guidelines for the most effective actions in the long-term development of modern organizations. Without in-depth study of domestic traditions, the progressive development of all areas of activity of organizations is impossible. This is the topic of the article.
