Abstract

The article analyzes both positive and negative aspects of digitalization, including the creation of new professions, increased migration flows and possible risks of increased unemployment. Particular attention is paid to the differences in the impact of digital innovation in developed and developing countries, and strategies are proposed to minimize the negative consequences and optimize the positive impact of digital transformation. The article presents comprehensive data obtained from literature review, statistical analysis, expert interviews and case studies. The study highlights the need for global and national regulation, development of educational initiatives and social programs to support the workforce in the transition to a digital economy. These measures are aimed at ensuring sustainable development of the global economy and reducing social inequality in an era of global technological change. The study focuses on international cooperation and knowledge sharing as fundamental components of successful adaptation to new work realities. In conclusion, the article offers recommendations for policymakers and business leaders to shape sustainable employment and training strategies given the global nature of the digital economy.
