Abstract

Modern conditions of the information society determine the use of modernized methods of managing its key resource – human capital. Such methods are based both on the traditional approach, highlighting organizational and administrative, economic and socio-psychological, and based on corporate culture. The article analyzes traditional methods and identifies new methods of university human capital management.
