Abstract

The article reveals the role of automation and optimization in the digital transformation of business processes. Cloud technologies are classified, the purpose of each tool in the automation process and the impact on the performance and capitalization of the company are presented. Illustrates the use of analytical tools and key performance indicators KPI and ROI for optimal allocation of resources, reducing costs and increasing the financial sustainability of the company.
