Abstract

The presents the results of the study of the experience of interstate co-operation of the CIS countries in the framework of energy security. The dynamics of electricity production in the CIS countries over a twenty-year period has been analyzed. Electricity flows within the framework of cooperation between the CIS countries and the impact of cooperation between these countries on minimizing the risks of local electricity shortages, including in times of crisis.
