Abstract

The article discusses the methodology for conducting personnel audits in modern conditions. The basic concepts associated with the definition of personnel audit are clarified and the key tasks are substantiated. The main stages of preparation for a personnel audit are considered, the choice of methodology and area of research is justified. Methods and tools that allow conducting personnel audits are presented. Considered recommendations for improving personnel performance based on audit results.
