Abstract
The article highlights the scientific problems associated with the formation of a complex combination of success or failure of a business project from the point of view of the management system of an entrepreneurial structure in conditions of great challenges. The indicators of business development in the federal districts of the Russian Federation for 2022 are analyzed, which necessitate the justification of this aspect. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in determining the main conditions for the success or failure of the management system of an entrepreneurial structure: mandatory consistency between an entrepreneur and his management system; inconsistency between the real market situation and its perception; timely transformation of the management system of an entrepreneurial structure in case of major challenges; changes in the consistency of the entrepreneurial process; the entrepreneur’s ability to carry out the necessary staff training.
