Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the digital educational environment, information literacy of teachers is becoming a key element of successful learning and teaching. The article examines the concept of information literacy in the context of digitalization of education, analyzes its main components and identifies the factors influencing the level of information literacy of teachers. Particular attention is paid to possible ways to improve this competence through professional development programs and institutional support. The work also identifies the main challenges that teachers face in the process of mastering and using digital tools and resources.
