Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the state of the labor market in the Russian Federation and the specifics of the labor market. The labor market is one of the key elements of the economic system, the state of which has a significant impact on the dynamics of economic growth of the state. The main trends in the development of the labor market in the Russian Federation have been studied and recommendations for its improvement have been developed. The paper presents data reflecting current trends, as well as factors influencing the state of the labor market, highlights key problems and possible ways to solve them.
