Abstract
The article examines the management of personnel and human capital of an organization, its adaptation to the working conditions in the country of operation of a branch of a company that organizes international economic activities. The features of hiring employees in another country in which the organization operates are considered. The ways to increase the competitiveness of the company through its professional staff are outlined. The process of training employees of any company, including an international one, is a necessary element of adaptation to ongoing transformations in the external environment. Conducting their activities in different countries provokes the company’s employees to develop their professional competencies, overcome communication barriers, and take into account the peculiarities of the cultural codes of the countries when conducting their activities.
