Abstract

In conditions of shortage of personnel, the issue of effective use of the labor potential of employees is becoming increasingly important, since an increase in labor productivity can reduce the need for additional personnel. The article presents a telescopic model of the activity (cycle of activity) of employees, which is focused on optimizing the management of human resources. The model, which is the result of the integration of four concepts (D. Kolb’s experience-based learning model, B. McCarthy’s 4MAT learning style model, the classification of temperaments “Priority” and team roles M. Belbina) consists of three parts-models: models “2/4”, models “3/8” and models “4/16”. The telescopic model allows, taking into account the natural characteristics of employees, to optimize the degree of their workload, which increases labor productivity and helps reduce the personnel deficit.
