Abstract
the economic activity of a pipe industry enterprise, like any other organizational structure, requires ensuring personnel security, which consists in effective personnel management and the implementation of human potential. And given the challenges faced by modern enterprises of the pipe industry of the Russian economy, it is relevant to solve the problem of finding innovative solutions in the development of a human resources management system. Therefore, it is important to review the technologies that contribute to the innovative development of personnel management practices using the example of pipe industry enterprises.
