Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the use of virtual reality (VR) technologies in sports training and their impact on the training of athletes. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of VR on the development of physical and cognitive skills of athletes, as well as to explore the prospects for using these technologies in rehabilitation after injuries. The research methods include a review of the literature and an analysis of existing developments in the field of VR application in sports. The article notes that VR technologies allow you to simulate complex game situations and training scenarios that contribute to the development of reaction, coordination and tactical thinking of athletes. An important aspect of the work is the use of VR in order to prepare athletes for extreme competition conditions, as well as to optimize their psychophysiological state. The main conclusions of the study show that VR has the potential to improve the effectiveness of the training process and rehabilitation of athletes after injuries. Nevertheless, the authors draw attention to such limitations of the use of technology as the high cost of equipment and the difficulty of transferring skills from a virtual environment to real competition conditions.
