Abstract

In the conditions of modern market economy, economic entities are obliged to carry out accounting and provide financial statements in accordance with the current legislative requirements. Legislation establishes regulations and requirements for accounting, which apply to any economic entities regardless of the form of organization or the nature of their activities. General regulation of accounting in Russia is carried out by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, and each entity has the right to develop its own accounting strategy, taking into account the peculiarities of its business and the benefits provided by the tax and accounting legislation of the Russian Federation. In modern conditions, it is important for enterprises to constantly analyze the internal state for effective control of all key processes. Finance plays a crucial role in the work of any economic entity, especially in a competitive market economy. One of the fundamental tasks of modern business is to ensure a stable financial position of the company. To maintain the activities of the organization at a stable level, it is necessary to guarantee solvency, a high level of balance sheet liquidity, financial independence and effective management of resources. Assessment of the financial condition of the firm plays an important role in determining its sustainability and efficiency. Financial analysis of a company is an important tool for understanding its financial health and choosing the direction of further development.
