Abstract

An analysis of the current state of activity of regional operators of capital repairs of apartment buildings indicates that short-term capital repair plans are not fully implemented by them, which reduces the effectiveness of the program as a whole and requires solutions to improve capital repair planning processes. In this regard, the study attempts to form conceptual provisions for improving the planning processes of capital repairs of apartment buildings, which are represented by an appropriate conceptual model.
