Abstract

In the study of the features of the management of intellectual assets of the nuclear energy industry, the goals were set to systematize the characteristics of the intellectual property management system, as well as to determine the factors influencing these characteristics. As a result of this study, it was found out that the change in the fundamental basis of the management of intellectual assets of the nuclear energy industry allows us to conclude about a relatively early stage of its development. In addition, a qualitative transformation of the essence of the management of intellectual assets of the nuclear energy industry was interpreted. According to the results of the study, it was found out that the nuclear energy industry today faces significant challenges that, on the one hand, hinder the development of intellectual assets, on the other hand, contribute to their insecurity.
