Abstract

The topic of the relationship between economic law and civil law belongs to the class of topics that are often discussed in the basic theory of economic law, but so far, no conclusions have been drawn. The discussion of this topic in the field of economic law shows that the previous industry classification criteria cannot meet the classification requirements of this proposal. Based on this, this article provides an economic analysis of the relationship between economic law and civil law in order to understand the context of the relationship between economic law and civil law and provide a certain reference base for employees of the relevant industry.
