Abstract
The following article discusses the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the efficiency and lower public administration costs by automating government processes. The highlights include benefits like automation of repetitive activities, better quality of citizen services and the ease of making decisions based on data analysis. But using AI faced also many challenges such as integration of new technologies and security of data,job displacement ethical concerns. It also offers suggestions for tackling these issues, stressing that governments will need to take a more strategic approach to implementing AI within government systems if they are to secure sustainable benefits and improve public services.
