Abstract

The paper provides an in-depth analysis of how AI technologies can contribute to the improvement of HR processes. The main objective of the study is to identify the benefits of using AI in HR practice. The article analyzes the impact of AI on talent acquisition from the perspective of three key aspects: practical, ethical and strategic. The practical application of AI helps to improve the efficiency of recruitment, allowing algorithms to find the most suitable candidates for specific positions. The ethical aspect is aimed at ensuring a fair selection process, minimizing bias and discrimination, which supports the objectivity of decisions. The strategic approach involves using AI to build recruitment processes with an emphasis on long-term business goals and attracting specialists necessary for the company's growth.
