Abstract

Improving the higher professional qualifications of professional teachers with practical abilities is of great importance for higher education. On the one hand, society's requirements for talents are getting higher and higher, and professional practical abilities are an important criterion for enterprises when choosing talents. Teachers have a great responsibility for educating students. Only by improving teachers' own abilities to practice professionally can they contribute to improving students' abilities to practice professionally. On the other hand, vocational colleges are different from regular universities. An important feature is that they require students to master practical skills and increase the level of student employment.Therefore, it is necessary to improve the professional practical abilities of teachers.
