Abstract

The authors consider the problem of corruption in business and its impact on the economic security of business entities. The relevance of countering the corruption threat at both the state and enterprise levels is substantiated. Models of commercial bribery, embezzlement and embezzlement and statistical data are presented. The directions of an integrated approach to counteract the corruption threat in the commercial sector of the economy are proposed.
