Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the management of innovation activities of knowledge-intensive enterprises in order to increase its efficiency and effectiveness. The proposed areas of improvement are based on taking into account the structural and substantive uncertainty of research and development, the practical use of not only deterministic, but also stochastic network management models that reflect the logic of R&D and allow for the most accurate structuring of their content. Improving the planning and management of innovation activities will contribute to improving the accuracy and reliability of the results of planning the main indicators – labor intensity, duration, cost of research (development) and the creation of optimal organizational, technical, time, personnel and other conditions for their implementation.
