Abstract

As for the relationship between education and pedagogy, people simply believe that "education" is the object of "pedagogy" research. This judgment is true, but, in the end, it is too simple. Both in history and in reality, the relationship between education and pedagogy is more diverse. As a discipline, on the one hand, pedagogy, like other disciplines, is regulated by the entire method of educational practice; On the other hand, pedagogy is just a way for people to understand education, and education is the only research topic that pedagogy can currently have.
