Abstract
Management organization is an important part of the functioning of any enter-prise in certain economic conditions. Effective enterprise management allows you to carry out competent activities and adapt to changes in the market and competitive environment. For-mation of optimal management is a complex and multi-stage process that begins with the choice of the type of organizational structure, so it is advisable to study and consider this issue. This article discusses the concept of organizational structure and its role in the activities of the en-terprise. The elements that are present in each organizational structure are presented. The main types of structures are listed, such as hierarchical, functional, horizontal, matrix, network and divisional. For each type, the principles of its implementation at enterprises are described, and the history of its emergence and periods of popularity are briefly described. All types of organi-zational structures are implemented depending on the activities of the enterprise, which is also an important aspect for consideration. In the process of writing the article, the main features, advantages and disadvantages of each type were considered. All data were collected in a single table for ease of viewing and analysis. In conclusion, the article makes a brief conclusion on the choice of the type of organizational structure.
