Abstract

The article substantiates the possibility of using indicators and criteria for assessing the im-plementation of the policy of intervention in the internal affairs of the state.
The political guidelines of the Washington NATO summit determine the possibility of interference by NATO member states in the internal affairs of Russia, China, Belarus and other countries of the world. At the same time, NATO member states already use an extensive toolkit for interfering in the internal political affairs of foreign states. This makes it relevant to develop a Methodology for Assessing the Effec-tiveness of the Implementation of the Policy of Intervention in the Internal Affairs of a State.
The indicators of the implementation of the policy of intervention in the internal affairs of a state may be: restrictions on its independence (sovereignty); restrictions on freedom; inhibition of normal po-litical development; inhibition of normal economic development; inhibition of normal social development; as well as inhibition of the normal cultural development of this state.
The criteria for assessing the implementation of the policy of intervention in the internal affairs of a state may include rules for assessing the values of such indicators in accordance with the imple-mented restrictions of its independence (sovereignty) and freedom; as well as inhibition of its normal political, economic, social and cultural development.
