Abstract

Shift management in a children's camp is a voluminous, complex and "lively" process. This article will consider the applied experience of shift management in the children's commercial camp "ART Lichnost", namely, drawing up a plan for preparing a shift program, interacting with the shift venue and building a team. An important process is to analyze the list of children planning a shift trip and group them according to age and gender. At the end of the shift, the shift is analyzed and conclusions on key indicators are transmitted to the camp leaders to build the right strategy for future shifts.
