Abstract

This article attempts to systematize and summarize the conceptual provisions on the management of people and other socio-economic objects set out to a certain extent separately in previous articles (see the list of references). The problems of assessing the quality of management of socio-economic facilities, the essence of a systematic approach are considered. In order to improve the quality of man-agement, it is proposed to organize effective interaction of economic entities. Management costs are pre-sented as criteria of management quality. The key directions of improving the efficiency of interaction between economic entities and government bodies are studied in detail. The minimization of management costs in some relevant areas of socio-economic activity is analyzed. It is concluded that an effective na-tional economy cannot be built without competition, initiative, a creative approach to the implementation of decisions, as well as without the implementation of a systematic approach to management.
