Abstract

The article discusses the development of an integrated methodology for managerial de-cision-making in organizations providing telecommunications infrastructure using neural network tech-nologies. The main focus is on evaluating the effectiveness of various business processes, selecting pro-duction facilities and optimizing the telecommunications network. The analysis of the key factors influ-encing decision-making is given, and a model based on synthetic data is proposed to improve manage-ment decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
