Abstract
The article presents the possibilities of implementing the developed proposals for strategic management of human resources potential of high-tech production in the conditions of PJSC KAMAZ, thereby proving the possibility of providing high-tech production with personnel whose potential is capable of continuously and efficiently participating in the production of high-tech products and strategically orienting the enterprise's activities towards sustainable growth of profitability and competitiveness.
