Abstract

In order to successfully manage a knowledge-intensive company and ensure its functioning, it is necessary to some extent to adjust and automate the management processes. There is a direct relationship between automation and production efficiency. If management au-tomation is increased, this will contribute to an increase in production efficiency, leading to a reduction in costs and will allow to increase the market share. A number of studies in the field of automation management concluded that automation development projects carried out by non-governmental organizations have specific features associated with the diversity of stakeholders, lack of resources and the importance of intangible goals. Consequently, classical methods may prove unsuitable.
