Abstract
The article analyzes in detail the sustainability of the development of the agricultural sector, which receives state support, to internal and external impacts. Researched and given proposals for increasing the competitiveness of agriculture and organizing its efficient operation, radically eliminating the problem of food security of the country and solving other similar strategic development tasks for the long term.
