Abstract
In the context of market economy requirements, economic reforms, transformation, improvement, and sustainable development policies, the necessity of addressing the interrelationship between specialization, multifunctionality, and digitalization in the development of agriculture in Azerbaijan becomes evident. The paper analyzes the connection between agricultural development and rural areas by utilizing innovative technologies along with general theoretical and practical factors in agricultural production. The article proposes a development model for the agricultural sector based on the principles of interdependence between specialization, multifunctionality, and digitalization.
