Abstract

Due to the constant optimization of the economic structure and improvement of economic quality, small and medium-sized enterprises are emerging that correspond to the trends of the time. Faced with the new situation of increasing the number of enterprises, the competition in the market between enterprises in the new era has also intensified. The question of how to establish integrated enterprise management and reasonably avoid exposure to various risks has become an important examination question for enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness in the market. However, in the process of operation and management of enterprises, disputes related to employment contracts always inevitably arise. This not only leads to the fact that the enterprise incurs certain economic losses, but also has a negative impact on the reputation of the enterprise. In order to effectively solve such problems, the article provides a detailed analysis of the issues that exist in the process of managing employment contracts at some enterprises, and on this basis a number of methods for identifying and preventing risks are proposed.
