Abstract

In order to stimulate the labor needs of personnel in modern enterprises by providing them with rules and powers that promote effective mutual understanding in solving tasks that require rational management decisions, an incentive strategy and labor motivation are necessary, as focused as possible on a longterm and sustainable effect.
The development of the company’s work activity includes the acquisition by personnel of new skills, abilities and work experience in order to achieve the greatest strategic parameters aimed at the organization, which is based on business ethics, which is a tool and motivation factor for employees of a modern enterprise. To do this, it is advisable to use approaches through the combination of all available opportunities for the greatest drastic changes in the workforce, depending on the structure of a step-by-step sequential algorithm of approaches with detail in the enterprise.
Research is formed in the interests of developing a rational strategy for stimulating an enterprise, where it is advisable to formulate a number of tasks that are considered in order to clearly and clearly define the parameters of their impact indicators. The key task of the formation and implementation of the considered mechanism of motivation of personnel is the formulation of target values of strategic indicators of the enterprise. These include measures to support young professionals through preferential stabilizing targets – government subsidies; compensations and incentive surcharges; and other payments from employers.
In this case, this requires principles of more detailed influence and impact, for all categories of personnel of the enterprise. From a position of self-esteem, moral encouragement is also necessary. The company needs to consider all options for decent employee incentives in proportion to their contribution and importance to the company’s work. Employees have a personal interest in the possibility of earning income in the form of money and the company will be most successful only when wages and other motives determine the requirements for qualified and psychological characteristics of employees.
